Ever since I got it a few months ago, internet on my PS5 has worked ~50% of the time. Feels like it has a mind of its own. The issue isn't my router or network—they both work with other devices. I tried all the suggested fixes, yadda yadda. No go.

The support tech said I need to send it in for repair. I imagine this is somewhat common? Has this happened to you??

I got that problem with ps4 and ps5. If there was another device using wifi network near console it would break connection either on that device or console.
